Advocare 24day challenge Day 4

I have struggled today. I have had about 3 soda's (cans) and ate out at lunch. I have begun to realize that stress makes me want to eat everything that is bad for you sugar white starches and so on. I think that it is out of habit that I want that because before I think i fed myself to calm down without realizing it. but on good note I just stepped on the scale and am down 5 lbs (it said 294.8) So that's exciting because the first couple days it didn't budge. I think the key for me is portions and speed of eating I had Panda Express for lunch. but i only ate half of the "panda bowl" and it was chicken and green beans and rice. Usually i scarf everything down including a large soda in 20 min and I have an hour lunch. but I ate slower and i wasn't as hungry... IMAGINE that! on a side note. It is way to humid! I don't like heat, and i really don't like heat with humidity. I will never live in Texas... EVER!
